Stephanie invests her time in understanding what is key to the candidate when considering future roles. She does not bombard you with opportunities that don’t fit your remit and will always reference previous discussions when checking in with you from time to time. Far too often recruitment executives will have scant records of previous conversations and completely miss that fact that candidates don’t generally have the time to provide a full history when they have provided this previously.
