Independent Financial Adviser

You will give holistic, independent financial advice to private clients across Surrey and the surrounding Home Counties. You will manage and develop a portfolio of client relationships, carry out fact finds and annual reviews, and recommend solutions across pensions, investments, retirement planning and protection. Experienced paraplanning and administration teams will support you, so you can focus on clients and advice.

• Permanent, full time
• Salary: £50,000 to £75,000 depending on experience
• Qualifications: Level 4 Diploma (DipPFS or equivalent) required; Chartered Financial Planner status desirable
• Scope: Independent, whole of market advice to private clients across Surrey and the South East

Salary and Package

What We Are Looking For

• Experience as an Independent Financial Adviser or Financial Planner
• Level 4 Diploma (DipPFS or equivalent); working towards or holding Chartered status is an advantage
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and retirement planning
• Excellent relationship skills and a genuine client-first approach
• A clean regulatory record
• A professional, organised approach to delivering compliant advice
