We offer two engagement models, and we are happy to discuss which approach makes most sense for your specific requirement.
Contingency Search is our most common arrangement and is suitable for the majority of mid to senior level appointments. You draw on our candidate network and expertise with no upfront commitment. Our fee is only payable on successful placement.
Exclusive Search is recommended for particularly senior or business-critical appointments where you want our complete and dedicated focus. We agree a search strategy upfront and work exclusively on your behalf until the role is filled.
