Our client is seeking an ambitious Associate Financial Planner to join its growing Lancashire team. This is a top-ten UK wealth manager by assets under management, with a national presence and a strong reputation. The firm has expanded significantly in recent years and offers a genuine platform for driven professionals to build a long-term career in financial planning. The Role Working alongside experienced a Senior Wealth Planner, you will deliver tailored financial planning designed to preserve, grow and pass on client wealth as tax-efficiently as possible. You will be involved in reviewing client circumstances, contributing to the development of financial plans, and helping ensure that investments and wider strategies work together to meet clients’ objectives. It’s an ideal next step for someone building toward a fully advisory role. Key Details

  • Location: Lancashire (hybrid working)
  • Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + bonus and benefits

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified (DipPFS or DipFA)
  • Ideally experience in providing advice for 1-2 years
  • Ambitious and driven, with a clear desire to progress within financial planning
  • Strong understanding of the financial planning process and client-focused advice
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, professional approach and a commitment to high-quality client outcomes
  • Would consider an ambitious, qualified and experienced Paraplanenr looking to move into advice
