Financial Planner – Glasgow

We are working with a highly regarded wealth management firm seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join their Glasgow office. This is an excellent opportunity to take on an established client portfolio, supported by a strong paraplanning and administrative function, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality advice.

The role will involve working with high-net-worth clients, providing holistic financial planning and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning
• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of high-net-worth clients
• Conduct regular client reviews and ensure ongoing suitability of advice
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and support organic growth within the client bank
• Work closely with paraplanners and administrators to deliver efficient, compliant advice
• Ensure all recommendations meet regulatory and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Ideally Chartered status, or working towards
• Proven experience advising high-net-worth clients
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a client-facing advisory role
