The person

 

• Diploma Level 4
• Experience of working as a Financial Adviser
• Proven track record of sales achievement
• Drive and motivation to succeed – hunger
• With existing portfolio or part portfolio
• Business development skills – generate leads and new business
• High level of confidence and ability with sales and presentational skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and telephone manner
• Organisational skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills and knowledge continually
• Desire and ability to work in a successful team environment
• Able to manage own diary.
