Andrew established the business in 2000 and he was a member of the MRI Network for 10 years.
Prior to this he had over 20 years experience in the Financial Services and Office Systems industries with Prudential and Xerox.
He has specific expertise in the recruitment of sales and business development roles to senior level across the Tied, Multi-Tied and Intermediary channels and clients include several “blue chip” Financial Services and Wealth Management/Private Banking organisations.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Managers and he is also a Member of the IOD.
He is passionate about football, tennis, skiing and time permitting, reading (particularly history).
